Every application, with its history
Company, role, location, source, salary range, the posting itself, and which resume you actually sent — because three weeks later that is the question you cannot answer. Statuses run from saved through applied, assessment, screens, interviews and onsite to offer, rejected or withdrawn.
Each change is recorded as a timeline entry rather than overwriting the last one, so you can see that a screen took eleven days and an assessment took two.
Follow-ups that actually happen
Every application can carry a next action and a date. The ones that are due are listed together, so following up is a thing you do rather than a thing you remember at midnight. Closing an application clears its reminder — nothing prompts you to chase a role you were rejected from.
Numbers that are honest about themselves
The funnel counts what is saved, submitted, in interview, offered and rejected. Where there is not enough data to state a rate, it says so rather than showing a zero — fifty saved jobs and no applications is not a 0% response rate, it is no applications.
Over a few weeks this is the thing that tells you whether your problem is the resume, the roles you are choosing, or the volume.

- How is this better than a spreadsheet?
- Mostly that you will keep using it. A spreadsheet has no reminders, no timeline, and no link to the resume you sent, so it rots the moment the search gets busy — which is exactly when you need it.
- Does it apply to jobs for me?
- No. Automated submission to LinkedIn, Naukri or Indeed is not something we do — each has its own terms and its own view of automation, and getting your account restricted mid-search is a serious cost. The tracker records what you did; you stay in control of doing it.
- Can I track applications I made before signing up?
- Yes. Add them with their real dates and the timeline reflects what actually happened rather than when you started tracking.
- How many applications can I track?
