Privacy Policy

Account details you give us: your email address, and optionally your name, headline and target role.

Resume files you upload, and the text and structured data extracted from them.

Usage records: which analyses, rewrites and exports you ran, and when. These are how your plan allowance is calculated.

Billing records: subscription state, payment and refund history. Card details are handled entirely by our payment provider and never reach our servers.

We do not store card numbers, CVVs or bank credentials. We never ask for the password to any other service.

Resume content is processed to produce your analysis and rewrite. It is not sold, and it is not used to train third-party models.

You can delete a resume at any time, and deleting your account removes your personal data.

Financial records are kept separately and for longer, because tax and accounting law requires it. They are retained without the personal data attached to them.

You can request a copy of your data, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion, by emailing [email protected] from your account address.

This document describes how the product actually behaves today. It has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer for the jurisdictions we operate in, and should be reviewed before it is relied on as a binding agreement.
